Ricardo Tobon Ricardo Tobon is a CG artist, author and international lecturer. He works as a Technical Animator for Sony Computer Entertainment in projects that include Uncharted 3, The Last of Us, Infamous Festival of Blood and Resistance Burning Skies among others. His short films have participated in festivals around the world. Mr. Tobon was a key player in the founding of the online motion capture resource MocapClub.com, he currently serves as the Chair for this project. Ricardo designed the Motion Capture, Software Technology and Art History courses for the Computer Animation Program at Full Sail University. He is also the author of “The Mocap Book: A Practical Guide to the Art of Motion Capture”. Mr. Tobon holds an M.F.A. in Computer Art from SCAD and is an active member of the prestigious Motion Capture Society.

01/03/11 “Holy Shot” has been selected as an official selection for the 2011 San Diego Latino Film Festival. The short will be screened on March 15th at 6:30pm.
12/01/10 Ricardo’s animated film entitled “Holy Shot” has been selected as an official selection for the 2010 Boston Latino International Film Festival. The short will be screened on Saturday December 4th at 7:30pm!
